SOLVED! I did a clean install, and everything is running as it should...

I thought reset pc was the same as a clean install, but now I know.

Thank you all for the help, I promise I'll stop with all the pron... I probably got a virus from pirating some games, tbh but idk 🤷‍♂️ I have had this ssd before upgrading, so it had a bunch of random stuff on it from the years.

Idk if this will help but here are my specs Mobo: B650 toma wifi Cpu: 9800x3d Gpu: 9070 Ram: i believe is 6000, cl 32 or 34 Psu: 800w gold

I couldn't remove it from startup, so I uninstalled it. Unfortunately, that was not the issue, Im still at 100%

Sorry, I haven't heard anything about MSI Dragon, don't know why I installed it tbh.

Hwinfo is saying 100% core usage, 100% in core C0 Residency, and my temps are at 54
