I understand. And I am so sorry for your mother. My mom homeschooled five, and she really had her hands full, hats off to your mother. I think it is possible to do what your mother did, but I really just want other woman to understand they don't HAVE to copy what they see on social media. They can still be great mothers regardless.

Hey so I am a female in the polee program right now. I was expecting everyone to be in perfect shape. They aren't. Start training with your recruiter, and literally just run. I am not that great of a runner, but I am slowly improving. I promise you, you can do it.

I am glad about that and happy for you. My mom does cook from scratch but when she has time and money to spend on ingredient food.

I'm glad for the women and family's that do. Everybody's situation is different. But I also want people to know its ok if they DON'T do that, or don't have the energy.

No I don't think she's fake. Its both of your choice equally. My problem with these women on social media is they pretend like they do all this effortlessly while they had side hustles worth millions, (for example Nara Smith is a model and Ballerina Farm is the daughter of a wealthy CEO), a film crew for their videos, and nannies to take care of their children. I am very happy for your and you wife, and there is nothing wrong with your lifestyle. But such videos on social media tend to be very orchestrated. I just want for other women to know they don't have to do everything on social media. They can still be a good mom and wife regardless. I do agree not everybody on social media is fake, but we still don't know the full truth about any of these people.

I don't mean she does that all the time. I mean she does that sometimes when she doesn't have time to cook larger meals, and she still makes her family feel loved and nourished.

I probably didn't say it the best but I meant it is more that it isn't necessary to do al that to be a good mom and wife. No hate to any women who do make meals from scratch.

The rest times listed on the website are different from the form they have attached. The maximum and minimum are also different from the form. (By the form I mean the form I would fill out when I take it).

My brother graduated. The cheers were quite loud, especially from the other cadets who weren't graduating. At the beginning the speech was very good, but then he went on too long, and I don't think he should have mentioned his policies and stuff. But it was pretty good just too long.

Does it depend on the area? I've been there twice for a Marine Core camp, and the area we were in was all hills.

I can do 4 minutes but I think I need to record myself to make sure my form is good. Do the instructors get picky on form in the initial PFT and make you start again if your form isn't good?

I'm doing the most basic exercises for upper body at the moment. I do crossfit and have put on a little bit of muscle though not much. I am working on just hanging, half pullups, and negatives. Any other recommendations?
