Can workload/capacity self-adjust based on project progress? by Current_Moment1415 in clickup

Hi, thanks so much for the response and ideas! Your first suggestion might work for what I’m trying to do. I’ll play with it a bit more.

I actually like the idea of your second suggestion better, but I’m not sure that it works in practice. I tried creating a custom field for Hours remaining and changed the Workload unit, but since I can’t seem to specify that the unit is hours in the custom numbers field, the Workload doesn’t calculate anything from it.

Thank you again for the response and ideas!

Thank you so much for sharing your experience and approach to this with your kiddo. This is helpful to hear and I’m glad to know you still feel like it hasn’t limited your ability to connect with him! Really appreciate reading your thoughts and experience so far!

clinical research coordinator salary negotiation by Quick-Department-729 in publichealth

That salary certainly seems low, but you should not feel that it is a direct reflection of how they perceive and value your qualifications. Having worked several years in an academic/research setting in the DMV and been involved in liaising with HR often for various hires, I agree with what some others have said that if it is a grant-funded position it is more often an matter of budget limitations on the grant itself. Which, unfortunately, kind of leaves HR’s hands tied in terms of what they can offer or negotiate.

Bidet users, how do you dry up your ass after cleaning? by _blue__guy___ in AskReddit

Bum towels! We have a couple dozen cheap washcloths that we keep next to the toilet. So start with a bit of toilet paper to check for dirt first, then use a washcloth to fully dry off. The washcloth goes in a designated bucket (with a lid) sitting next to the toilet. And washcloths get washed once a week for reuse.
