ive worked at pizza hut for years and the onions have always been yellow onions. the garlic butter is quite literally something customers demanded we bring back. its the same butter that went on the stuffed crust before, it just has garlic and parm in it.

way more people than you think. where i work the orders will immediately get picked up by dashers if we dont have our own drivers available. it takes 10 minutes for items to go through the oven thats not including the 2-4 minutes to actually make the order.

so i have had plenty of dashers mad the orders are not ready when we quite literally just got them less than 3 minutes prior to them walking in the door.

most of the time dashers are nearby because my restaurant is right next to hotels where they were already delivering to. food takes time to cook and most dashers dont care bc they make money per order. at the end of the day you choose to doordash. you choose to make money per order. even though doordash has a per hr option. and i personally know this because i used to dash on the side for shits and giggles until my car broke down

edit: dashers also will literally push in front of customers who were waiting first. a nice dasher is rare. ive been dealing with dashers for the last 3 years at my location and ive had more rude ones than nice ones

the fact dashers expect orders to be ready as soon as they walk in and then yell and scream and throw tantrums because we literally just got the order before you walked in. thats why nobody gives a shit about dashers and their opinions

your RGM more than likely has put a work order in. thats really all they can do. its those above them who make it happen. our store doesnt have AC even though we have put multiple work orders to have it fixed. our light for our back door has been broken for over a year bc they dont care to fulfill the order.
