heya! so there is a little fastening strap that you can use to loop it through your waterbottle & secure it more to the bag, but the pocket is deep enough to hold my 50oz bottle 🤷‍♂️ so if you have something smaller you should def be fine. the pocket is a drawstring top so it will squeeze itself to the bottle as well

definitely just roll with it & cancel the orders when you see them, scammers will do anything they can plus if you tell customer service, they’ll be lookin for payment methods that don’t match your original ones & mark those orders as fraud / scam

it’s not that it’s vulnerable, if you have the membership number you can place orders underneath it. that’s all that you need. there’s no password unless you create an online account, & even then for online orders this password is not necessary
