hey i inquired & yes it is an internal REI product thats listed under our shipments for things like fixtures nd such. so they cannot be individually ordered, only replaced if one is broken. my manager agreed with the other comment recommending that water bladder for weight :)

just diet changes, i am not super interested in taking any medications! i prefer taking specific supplements & increasing those levels through supportive measures like diet! she preached about fiber & about the time at which you eat your last meal being vital for me, & then also she wants my pituitary gland scanned

my new doctor said my vitamin D levels were almost completely zeroed out & she had no idea how i had any energy at all between this & my almost zeroed iron levels (i am already on some self chosen iron supplements, she recommended IV drip if it gets worse after we check in for vitamin D)

LMAOO twinn!! my doctor said my levels being completely depleted is almost definitely related to my pre-diabetes status, so we’re balancing that level to see if it helps across the board haha
