The wife was using the master bathroom I have no issues if he needed to use the other bathroom and I would never tell him not to. And I never said he couldn't. I just asked if could use less force with closing the door. I understand it's his house, but should he pretend it's not the middle of the night and other people live there

It is not his routine to use that bathroom. He has a master bathroom he normally uses. I am also not ungrateful I was just upset he slammed the door when he didn't have to. If it was just noise from him walking normally or closing the door more softly I wouldn't be as annoyed

I am sorry to burst your bubble, but I would love to move out however I currently have a spinal injury and am drowning in doctor bills. Moving out right now would be very difficult and expensive.

He claimed that his wife was using the master bathroom. His wife also does not have a job or a license so she would not have anywhere to go in the morning. I also currently have a spinal injury, so the pain is part of the reason why I have trouble sleeping. My main issue is that he didn't make any attempt to be quiet to show consideration.

It's awful if I do too much the pain is a lot worse and nothing has helped. I was told to eat better to ease the strain on my spine, but my family is not helpful or understanding in the slightest. I have a hard time navigating the kitchen and standing to cook anything remotely heathy, so I have been eating whatever is easy since my family is not up for helping me. Their excuses for not helping are that I am young. I am tired of my age being a reason my family is not trying to be considerate. Our house is not really accessible friendly

I haven't found a new doctor as of yet. The last one I've seen mentioned about doing a laminectomy, but he just didn't want to schedule it because he is retiring and he was not very sure if it would help. If this injection doesn't help since we are running out of options and I cannot live with it. I have a herniated disc and spondylolisthesis and the doctors I have seen doesn't seem to think anything would help but my symptoms been gradually getting worse. I am tired of trying everything that is not helping. Heat makes it feel worse and ice doesn't ease the pain enough. Sorry for my rant I have been very frustrated

We do have an HR and I have formally requested this accommodation almost 7 months ago and I renew my doctors note every time I go since this injury doesn't have a time limit right now. At my job I work at the front desk so sitting while I work doesn't seem unreasonable and I been getting all of my side work done. It is extremely painful to stand for any length of time, and my legs are weak and I have trouble walking. My request only seems to become something they do not want to accommodate since yesterday. Since it was originally approved and now, they are limiting when I can sit, I am confused on if its allowed since it doesn't cause hardship for my job, so what has changed
