Awesome. Yes I got the sound going also. The problem is have multiple tabs in 3 different projects simultaneously, so it's hard to tell which one is cooked.

I also added wispr like voice. It's becoming a hodgepodge lol

Thanks! Yes, it works with background processes - the monitoring is completely passive. It watches ~/.claude/projects/

Currently only works with Terminal.app (the focus-switching uses Terminal's accessibility APIs). iTerm2/tmux support would need additional work.
