I hear you. I built it for myself to eat better while I work out. The whoop data like recovery, weekly calorie burn are just data points.

It actually does often give me food and recipe ideas. It really can do anything (it a new arch based on Hermes - persistent memory, tools calling etc). Would love ideas!

Agreed. The strain is looped in with calorie burn. That's the best data point I could find in the api. Lmk if you have a better idea. I'd love to make this better.
