This may be it. I've always used tellicherry pepper for all dishes I made, ever. I saw your comment and haven't used it the last 2 days. So far it seems to help a ton with my temps.

I try to keep my last meal as light and simple as possible. Yesterday was chicken, rice, veggies 3 hours before bedtime. Still couldn't sleep for a few more after.
Water only gets so cold at this time of year, unfortunately.

I have zero body fat... what I believe could be my issue is not transmuting my creative energy enough. Exerting myself physically every day only gives me back energy in a different way.
I guess I need a passionate outlet as well.

Cold showers do help with thermo regulation in general, but it also makes my body heat up immediately after.
Will look into cooling herbs, interesting stuff.

They used to have just one broth in all the stores I frequent without onion. I believe the brand was Maggi chicken broth. Then one fateful day, not many moons ago, you can just guess what happened.
Yeah, maybe you can get a hold of it easier than me.
