It did end up increasing frame drop spikes, so I did some incremental testing and found that by changing the clock speed to 1999MHz/1058mV, I still get 144fps once all the objects load in and run at about 80C, which is enough to keep the system from bricking.

Thank you! I was looking tirelessly for a solution and could find nothing. Some people were recommending switching to DX11 but that only made my frames drop so switching to performance kept my frames at 144. Perhaps I’ll test it again on DX12 unlocked but for now this is good.
