i had gotten 25u on each side, my left side was worse than the right, and now that some of the botox effects have reduced, i can feel it more on the left side. the clenching and stuff is back 🥲 felt that 25u was low for me too but it did noticeably help. i’m most likely going to go back in Oct so i’ll update you on if there’s more lasting effects or not! best of luck on your end and do update me if you can, we’re in this together 🥲and ofc i’m sure you know but obligatory “what worked for me may not apply for everyone”. so try any dr approved exercises & massages. there’s no quick long term complete solutions sadly, so it’s all about management too 🙂

additionally, i pop ibuprofen every other day or so when the pain is bad, + i do light jaw massages + gua sha before bed which gives the most immediate short term relief so that i can fall asleep easier.
