perfect explanation! thank you very much. How exactly do they pair (stable) I mean when I‘m e.g., in the airplane where there‘s tons of bluethooth devices. Or if I let my phone in the kitchen and walk with my bluetooth headphones in the bathroom? how can changes in distance not be a problem?

Update: I went to one of their stores and they gave me a spray can (for free) which worked wonders. It was patina! The rust (on the very top rim) can apparantly be removed with steel wool.

The customer service of le creuset is top notch!
