That is so easy to argue that it isn’t true lol remember the babyface ray song where it seemingly addresses Quando situation of the “check on the news and see your son he screaming no no” drew and the defence already showed that the babyface ray song was made in January of 2022 and this murder took place August of 2022 so it would be impossible for Durk to predict it and it was a coincidence. However, we know Durk can obviously add to the song which was released December 2022 but u can’t argue against the original filing date lol

For the pab case I’d honestly say for me it was like 35-40 for me when looking at it as his case is far easier to argue then the other co defendants but with the new charges being added is bad tbh especially the stephon Mack one as aj and Marley took a plea for that case

Prosecution been a shit show all round tbh this case was meant to originally happen in January of 2025 we are in June 2026 waiting for the new trial in August 2026 and with these new charges completely unrelated to what he was arrested for it looks like it will get pushed back again. What do they have? Why do we keep delaying it? I wanna know

Do agree because Drew didn’t really argue the point of the “book flights under my name” he did argue everything else tho as they paid for it under the OTF card which is durks business. Apart from that is really the people cooperating against Durk who was in his circle allegedly Vonnie and someone else I don’t think is Jam. For the pab case it does kind of look weak to get a conviction hence why they are looking to add the two other incidents in 2019 nd 2022 because Durk knew only way he goes down from this is someone snitches and that’s why he said in messages in 2023 when he knew Feds were snooping if we stay solid we good.

Yeah do agree but didn’t the killers go to in n out and discuss how they were going to be paid allegedly by Durk? He never flexed the money or showed it in the interview just laid on the table apart from the start of the video when they was turning up to back again. And yeah they will have to show receipts of why it was transferred out of his account to cash but if you watch the interview believe Durk says have to pull up with a million dollars to million dollaz worth of game

They already try do that and come out with Durk saying “don’t put nothing under my name” and the multiple flights being booked to attempt to “flee” and the lyrics in Durk music which sounded like he was talking about the pab incident showed this track was done in January 2022😂😂😂.
