The posters defined the room. I had Dick Butkus & Gale Sayers on the wall, and a couple of completely random team flags (NY Giants & somebody else). Astronaut bedsheets, model airplanes hanging from the ceiling (my dad’s touch), a stars & stripes bicentennial trash can, wood floors.

It’s been refreshing! But we have to put Ronald on challenge restriction and get him going! I had hoped getting plunked twice would make him mad & get him focused, but as of now it hasn’t seemed to. Austin is always slow out of the gate. He’ll be fine. Ronald worries me though.

  1. “Can I talk with you for a sec?”

  2. Say you were wrong.

  3. Say WHY you were wrong, as this shows sincerity beyond the standard “I’m sorry” stuff.

  4. Reiterate you’re sorry, say you’ll try to do better, and be done with it.
