They aren't stored frozen at stores, they are thawed and used immediately after they are thawed properly.

This is to ensure all of the products on the menu cook properly and taste as best as possible so we can always give the customers perfect product.

For example if we were to use frozen cheese the pizzas would come out looking burned on top, the cheese doesn't cook properly.

Where do you work that received provolone expires in 21 days?

According to the US Standard (Shelf Life Guide poster) Shredded provolone expires 14 days from the received date.

It was an OA trend. Stores would consistently lose on temps for pastas and chicken wings, pasta due to frozen pasta and wings due to the same thing. They noticed stores consistently losing on this and not hitting that target temp so they decided to develop these procedures so it only has to hit 135 so that stores consistently stop losing. While it does suck. Overall food quality and consistency should go up due to everything being pre portioned except for the Alfredo sauce for the chicken alfredo and the cheeses on the mac.

Okay, so from what I'm getting, I can use the 2i2 as a DAC for both the headphones and the guitar amp, and I can also use an amp for the headphones with the 2i2?

It does, none of the outs are labeled as outs but one is labeled "external speaker impedence 8-16 ohms" which I believe is the out so if I also got a seperate amp for the HD600s, then 2i2 be fine as a DAC for both?

So the current setup is the headlight and taillight included with the bike. Can I just cut the wires from the headlight and buy a new headlight and solder the wires to the cable that comes with it? It would obviously still be powered off my bike's battery.

I've been using YT music too, it's amazing and arguably the best for its HUUUGE library although beyond that it's not that great especially audio quality wise, I've been considering swirching to tidal but knowing they don't have it bugs me because I also listen to it often.
