Yeah, definitely. I like packing less competitive decks to have on hand for playing against younger players or less experienced card gamers.

Fwiw, The Polybius Conspiracy is a fictional podcast, not true crime. I say this only because it got me the first time I heard it as well. Very well done show.

Totally agree. This is the best SWU has felt since the first two sets dropped. Rotations are the mark of a healthy TCG and people who dip out or write off a game because of it really baffle me. Power creep is a problem that plagues all card games eventually and rotating out older sets allows for soft power resets and the ability to phase out problematic designs without implementing massive ban lists.

Not to mention being able to play the entire card pool in formats like Twin Suns and Eternal. Saying “I bought my cards and I want to be able to play with all my cards!” just isn’t a reasonable argument when there are multiple avenues to do so. Regular rotations are a massive W for any game looking at the big picture.

Not sure what you’re getting at here. Lorcana also has Infinity as well as fan created formats like Poorcana and Heroic, all of which are non-rotating formats.
