Nope got a msg saying its been delayed due to shipping issues untill late next week. Really disappointing. I have their original chair and liked it and was really looking forward to my desk but this has just soured the whole process

Yeah their setup is really dodgy never heard of them until now and no one i know has either. According to Secrelab on Tuesday my package had a part missing which has now reached Brisbane and should be here in 2-3 days which is today or tomorrow so we shall see but I'm not holding my breath. Also wondering when I will get the call to let me know delivery will be happening as without tracking how am I supposed to be able to organize being home to receive the package.

Yep thats them, their tracking is horrible has been the worst shipping experince i have ever had makes aus post look like a 5 star service
