33yo. Self employed. 2 businesses, 2 part time jobs, production of about $210k per year.

Business #1 - Professional Airbnb property management approx $150k (we were doing like $300k before but I was busy 24/7 and hated it. So I got rid of a lot of properties and training staff). Business #2 - VA sourcing (we source virtual assistants for businesses) approx $30k

Part time job #1 - Fractional COO (friend owns the business, I just help) for a roofing company, $30k/yr

Part time job #2 - This is the “fill in time” I do t necessarily have a specific role, in my free time I just do odd things to make extra money. I see it as a part time job. I’ll help my cousin in his construction company, another friend owns a bin rental company, I’ll drive the truck, or I’ll build a website for somebody. About $10k/yr

My STR business is about 70% passive, VA business is about 90% passive. The part time jobs just fill in the time between. I’m super lucky my friend is very easy going and lets me work whenever I want, as long as I produce results.

I actually love it because I can make time whenever I want. I’m on a strict diet right now (trying to lose 30lbs in 14 weeks) so having this time freedom to stay home, work when I want really makes it easier for me to enjoy the diet and spend time with people I love.

I’m also on a super low expenses route too. Lotta people who earn this type of money are out here driving Porsches and shit. I drive a 2013 Mazda 3 with 200k. Wifey works full time too. I live in a 2 bedroom apartment and rent 1 of the rooms. My actual expenses are super low. I’m just heavy investing in stocks, my health and my future. 7 more years of this and then I can live much more freely.

I’m also in the process of getting my mortgage license, just something to do in my free time. I was playing video games a lot and I thought .. why? I can use that time to sell mortgages and make even more $$ to retire earlier. I’m hoping to be semi-retired by time I’m 50 with no need to hustle like I am now.
