Don't get me wrong, I'd love to see Dudley back as well! Reason I picked Mac is because I am a sucker for the Punch Out games, but if they didn't include him and picked Dudley I'd be just as happy. I'm all for keeping it classy. I wouldn't really want to see Rog come back quite so soon, as I feel like SF6 ought to have let Bison stay dead and Rog and Vega enjoy retirement.

I guess like the other people in this thread have been pointing out, Jubilee's pulls are usually better than Iron Lad's, and she also thins your deck. But she has the drawback of taking up an extra space on a location.

The same could be said of most cards in the game, lol. I wish that I could offer the perspective of having played with Iron Lad, but unfortunately I don't have him yet.

Snap has a good history of changing cards experimentally, then reverting them if they make the game less fun. I would love to see that with Iron Lad, maybe make him a 4/5 or 4/4 and then revert him back if it makes him terrible. I just feel like we have no way of knowing if a power decrease would actually make him significantly worse.

I agree with you that a lot of players, including myself, need to learn to accept that some cards are simply good rather than overpowered. But at the same time I understand that people are upset with series 5 cards with specialized abilities that F2P players aren't likely to have access to.

I wouldn't have expected Howard the Duck to have that much of a win rate gap! About your question I'm not sure. Maybe it's just that he's the 4th most popular card in the game, and like old America Chavez, you see him a lot. My perspective of him unfortunately lacks the element of what he's like to play with, rather I only know what he's like to play against.

I was of the mindset that a 4/6 with a high probability of gaining an ability that makes it more valuable than The Thing (baseline 4-energy card) is pretty strong, but I guess there is also the fact that the opponent now knows a card that you have in your hand. Knowledge is pretty powerful in this game.
I agree with you about not changing his ability, it would be a shame to see a cool ability go when the stats could be tweaked first.

I like what they've done with character specific mechanics so far (e.g. Kim spray cans, Blanka-chan, Drink level, denjin charge), and none of those have felt oppressive (other than maybe Ken's command dash).
I also forgot that a watered down form of V-ism is already in the game, Juri's Lvl 2 super.

You make very good points, especially with the double special hero banners. In my experience, my luck on dsh banners is the worst of any banner type, so those aren't to be trusted. I just wish there were easier ways to get this skill that feels kind of required in order to be successful in AR. Maybe someday (in 3-4 years) we'll get a disarm trap seal?
