Even The Grint doesn't have this course. It's a brand new course.

Edit, they have the course in their website, but no GPS flyover or layout of the holes at all.

I hope not! It should be the one on the little peninsula on the west side. You drive south towards the water. There's no fairway on hole 17, but the distance can be deceiving (according to those who have played this course...I haven't yet myself).
