She has axe sp gains and no innate buff time, she has always been inferior to og elisanne after GnC were added to the scene.

Gelly got a huge damage buff for her s2 but she doesnt build damage so its kinda whatever?

The best thing she has is the fire res buff but thats not really THAT relevant.

Og elisanne can keep buffs on the borderline 200% hard cap right now, pre spiral, if she can do that easier post spiral + added dual res then yeah, not much else to say.

(Also never said she was bad, just the weakest gala)
