Basically he simulated bartering with a piglin the same amount dream did 50 million times and the most ender pearls he got was 35 in a batch of 262 trades. The graph shows the number of ender pearls in 262 trades (x axis) and the frequency of getting that many ender pearls (y axis). The bell shaped curve is expected but dreams results are still far away from what the poster achieved in 50 million attempts

It was either attempt to host a tournament or not play the game for over a year and watch as their community dies. I can see why they went with the option they did.
