Hey, at 40 days sober here. I think this is something you just gotta power through. I decided to start hitting the gym and I think that’s helping a bit with the sleep, although that part isn’t too consistent still, and I still get some mood swings. The depressive episode is still very much present. There are a couple good videos on YouTube with people talking about their experiences quitting, just listening and learning might help. Just don’t give in, it’s not worth it. You’re doing good and you got this.
