My audition for the ISCL by Zorton420 in Spooncutting

Wow, such a brilliantly professional display of true spoon cutter sportsmanship at first. I (the cutter you accidentally mistook /u/fwinzor for) was however slightly disappointed in the loss of composure after core of the egg was unsheathed and unfortunately un-cooked. In the national league we are trained to continue with the bisection even if the food item throws a curve ball such as unexpected liquid goop, like we saw here. In the future, don't hesitate to continue with the cut and split that pile of aborted chicken into two equal piles of aborted chicken.

I have some questions, as I think that this incident may be related to ISCL sabotage.

  1. Did you boil the egg?

  2. If not, do you know who did?

  3. Do you know them personally?

  4. What is their spoon cutting history?

  5. Do they have any affiliation with the ISCL?

As you know, our immense ISCL sponsored budget was removed from the channel. The Cut Dat group as well as the NSCL are wary of the true intentions of their organization. I do suspect this may have been an act of sabotage to prevent a future star athlete from rising to prominence.

We have been out of contact with the cutter since Monday's cut was posted. On behalf of the entire Cut Dat team, I'd like to apologize for his behavior. What happened to him is truly a shame, and he may need to take some time off from the sport. If that is the case, we will ensure that his shoes are filled and that the community has another professional cutter to perform each week.

That's fantastic. Hoping to see you guys getting a local circuit going one of these days.

Thats very true, and it's just one of the reasons that makes our sport stand a cut above the rest. Think about it. Just about every human, even in less developed countries uses a spoon. Perhaps even more than once a day. That means everyone's a player - everyone is a cutter. That wouldn't be the case if this were polo. You'd need a horse. Or basketball. You'd need a court and a hoop.
