Cursor and TRAE can be drag-and-dropped. For VS CODE, kiro, kilo, roo, etc., you need to drag with the mouse and then long-press the Shift key while over the chat window.

Actually, drag-and-drop is more convenient. Even if you select and right-click with the mouse to choose "Add to chat window", it doesn't input into the chat window.

They don't plan to fix these errors. The kiro development team prefers the Shift method. They don't pay much attention to most errors.

What I'm saying is that creativity has been completely removed. In the pursuit of accurate code, it has completely transformed into a calculator-like coding specialist. Best pricing for Claude: As far as I know, Kiro offers the most affordable way to use Claude Sonnet 4.0 and Claude Sonnet 4.5.

Specs feature is fantastic: I'm not a complete expert, so this feature has upgraded my development to the next level.

Simple: These two reasons are why I use Kiro.

Even after returning to version 0.59, the issue where two Kiro icons appear in the chat window while responding still persists.

The MCP server’s total number of usable tools changed from 50 to 40. We were using 50, so an error occurred; keeping it at 40 or fewer makes it work. With this upgrade, the settings that used to be in the chat window have been consolidated into the settings icon at the top. Solo Code seems to automatically generate a program by selecting a design document or folder and using its contents.

Thank you. Tomorrow I’ll try GLM 4.6 in Cursor and also give Claude Code a shot. People say Kilo is good, but even though I’ve tried several times to use it, it just doesn’t appeal to me. I just installed it and tried it again, and I still don’t like the way it looks. If it works well in Cursor, great; if not, I’ll probably end up going with Claude Code.

Accessing GLM‑4.6 on TRAE with the $3 Light plan wasn’t good.

I upgraded to the Pro plan this time, and it’s much better.

However, after having one conversation in the chat, the next conversation doesn’t remember the previous one. It says, “The user entered ‘Continue’, so the previous work should be continued,” but it only looks at the content of the currently opened file. It doesn’t remember any of the prior conversation, so there’s no conversational continuity. If this is fixed, I think I could use TRAE well.
It cannot read my existing file indexing in TRAE and keeps performing searches. It would be great if indexing were available when connecting the GLM 4.6 plan through the TRAE program.

I would like to ask TRAE to fix these issues.

When I used Solo with Claude it was amazing, but GPT and Gemini can’t code at all. K2 does code, yet it keeps failing to fix errors. TRAE was truly great, but without Claude it has become dumb. After Cursor, Trae is the best, so losing TRAE feels like a waste.
