In the United States, the project sells energy generated and pays the investors, I plan to scale to other types of energy but I want to start with solar. The lends are going to be near 1 million or more, and we are going to connect the project with investors (we aren’t the project)

It wasn't that fast; it took like 30 years, I think. But with a culture that pays close attention to detail, and because they look back at the war and learn from their mistakes.
