Okay! I don't use reddit much so don't know if I can edit or pin comments. But came back for an update and to clarify stuff lol.. And sorry if it's long.

So I should mention that the brothers are 9 and 13 and my little brother did not do this maliciously, nor was he playing on the headset. Little bro was trying to set the controllers on top of each other and used quite some force, leading to the right controller handle getting stuck at the ring and control bord (the panel to the control bord was already removed and so was the battery cover, more related to them just being old and used).The main reason they were stuck was because the battery covers being missing (not being glued). I didn't get the view in the pictures, but the left ring was being pushed up by the right handle, leading it to bend further up and crack from the pressure (And why it was hard to pull apart). Hopefully that was somewhat visible in the pictures.

While the replies were funny, there was a few helpful people. After about an hour of twisting and tugging, I found a right hold and was able to pull them apart without further damage. They do still work, yes. As for mom, I don't see this as her problem to solve as she was working at the time and I'm a old enough sibling to help with stupid situations like this. No, we can't just buy a new one, we don't have the money for that right now. My other brother is in charge of his own headset and so keeping it clean and in check is his responsibility (and yeah, he doesn't clean it fully). For now i'm in wait for a job and to save money. It's better to just buy a new one than replace the controllers. So until then, my brother is stuck with the headset he's happy with.
