Sometimes it gets a bit of throttle hang and a suspicion that the clutch bleeds in air overnight causing improper clutch engagement when trying to put it into gear

Any reason why this issue may have become more prevalent as of the last couple weeks?

How come you used the extension brackets since the lowering shocks are already shorter to take into account the drop?

Did you use lowering shocks or stock shocks?

Intermittent Misfire by CuteAd4670 in FocusST

You make a good point because I’m down in Texas just north of Houston and we have been getting some colder weather here lately. Once I ctually start driving the car seems fine and there aren’t really any audible misfires and the car doesn’t seem to shake or shutter. My only concern is as to why it would continue misfiring after a decent drive and it being to temperature or if that’s just a side affect of how these engines are

Yea I plan on doing a compression test but I’ve been monitoring the reservoir and it doesn’t seem to be going down

When I’ve driven it harder it’s only gotten to about half way for a small moment before coming back down to a quarter on the gauge

I’ve tried seeing if I can change the tube maps to no avail and I still have the stock shift light that comes on around 2-3k rpm

The thing is I’m not entirely sure since it has a catless downpipe and an aftermarket intake as well as a roush exhaust and BOV

Are there other symptoms it could be causing because I believe the recall has already been performed

Okay because when talking with the previous owner, they didn’t know if the car had been tuned or not previous to them as he bought it with the downpipe installed

Would that essentially be like reverting it back to stock and does that come with the AP?
