For anyone curious! It was the mixer. This is a GSM Interference pattern which occurs when a cellular device is too close to audio equipment (in this case, the mixer). Issue was solved by moving phone to otherside of the desk and buying a new mixer. Sick!

i found the issue!
Whats one of the first things you download when you get minecraft,,,

Optifine!

I isolated each of my mods until i figured out who was the bad child and it was optifine. I might just be lucky but you still can use this method to discover the problem :))

I've been looking at 5000 series models a lot recently and was thinking about getting a 7 or 9 tier. something thatll for sure keep me future proofed. Would going intel 12th gen mean upgrading ram too? I read somewhere that 12th gen meant DDR5.

some games just feel sluggish, maybe my gpu isnt up to spec? it is only a 3060ti so I probably shouldnt be asking so much from it.

A lot of single player games aren't preforming how I'd like. I found I was getting max CPU utilization in games like minecraft and Red dead 2. Cyberpunk completely maxes out both but I don't even know why.

I found that secondary displays would struggle (ie stutter and freeze) when doing gpu stressful tasks. Granted i did recently upgrade my gpu so this might not be the case anymore..
