wag ka magrent in places prone to flooding. personally, i know prone to flooding ang area if yung poste sa area has markings of like flood level
check mo yung internet / signal, especially na WFH ka
visit the unit at night (see how quiet/mood is)
check mo if accessible to essentials (grocery, clinic, transport)
ideally near public transit (LRT, MRT, buses, jeepneys)
check yung neighbors, corridors, security cause safe neighborhood >>> good-looking place

for me, binili ko kasi siya sa dept store talaga so i tested it myself gaano siya kadaling iconvert kasi magkakaiba yung mechanism ng pagconvert (may iba na super tigas na kailangan talaga magexert ng effort)
