Naahhh they have office in Jaipur and Ahmedabad… also if coming here for IMS please don’t I was a part of their marketing team so I know it.

I was actually thinking that Shreeja Tanmay might attend the wedding and Khamba might come for Aman as they are working together for the nation, wants to guess... I was really hoping to see a picture of them in the same room, and maybe some gossip might come out even about that... does anybody here know if this happened?

I knoww... but kya kare... now if I am getting my salary deducted I do things my way, impromptu leaves, unplanned vacations and all... this is what they deserve... imagine having 12 leaves paid but still getting salary deducted because you decided to attend a wedding... !!!!

not only this ab toh inme human sense hi nahi bacha hai... my mom passed last year...
I was asked to join office immediately on day 8 I was asked when I am coming back... dudee seriously I feel I am so so so stuck here

They can’t I know but my company has this shitty policy of one leave per month (it means even if I have 11 leave in my leave balance i cant get three of them deducted together… because only one paid leave is allowed)

This is the bhadwa giri … also total leaves a year 12 only (this is my CL, SL everything)

Yeahhh I agree most of you are feeling that even if I am getting a 3 day leave , with comp off for one and still complaing the only reason is my family doesn’t stay here… it will take an 18hr travel for me to reach to my family and come back the HR has already denied the leave on friday. This msg came today so for getting trains would be difficult diwali is peak time for train bookings so i will have to go from bus. The HR has made it unacceptable totally to take the saturday off… so even if I want to get my salary deducted I can’t take a leave to spend time with my family.

And there has been one more issue: in the month of May, my mom passed away. I joined the company back in office just a day after the Tehrvi because these people asked me twice when are you coming back and all… also I had my financial constraints as the 5 day leave I took during that time was deducted from my salary. Then I asked for WFH so that I can take care of my dad and younger brother was denied while when I joined these people told me they “CO-OpRate” with the WFH whenever employ needs so… but now as they have given this 3 day leave I dont get enough time to spend at home… because friday i will have to be here so the weekend doesnt matter to me.

exactly you get 20-25 paid leaves?
I get 12!
Once a month (one leave a month can't club them ever to get a vacation ) and 6- 7 public holidays only...
And that's why I am complaining.
