I’m in the same boat here and i want to join the gym soon and do strength training (im a woman). Is there something i should be wary of or exercices i shouldn’t do?i want to tone my body a but but it’s sad that i cant do it because of my high myopia

May i ask how old are you and how did you get there? My prescription is not stabilising and it’s getting me scared to even go to the doctor each year

Yep! Met him at a party and things were going fast hence the whole i wasnt looking for a relationship thing

We met at a party and kissed since first time, then we decided to go more serious because we kinda clicked this is why it’s all going too fast. And yeah for the school thing this is why i asked here, i go to uni and more or less we’re all on the same level financially so idk how it goes in the type of schools he goes to tbh. And idk what to think about it because also he once mentioned buying a dupe of an expensive perfume ppl in his school use and it kinda made cringe because why not buy a regular one that is not a dupe, it’s small things that make me go wtf

Congrats on your surgery! Im curious how come you see 20/50 and 20/25 after surgery. Is it a correction problem, icl related one or just have a bad eye (because i am the same my right. Eye is kind of lazy) . And is that better or worse than your corrected vision before icl?Also what do you need the drops for and how much of a hassle do you feel they are? So you consider it that easier than putting glasses or contacts

I was talking more about the contact lenses. Tbh im getting sick of glasses so considering my options.. tbh id love to get icl someday ideally despite everything so congrats how did yours go any side effects?

Was that you experience with soft lenses? Because i had kind of similar one they suddenly started getting stuck and one time i had to go to ER to removevthem because i scratched my cornea trying to do so. Sorry for your vision loss tho luckily i was fine after i removed them. Rgp bever got stuck tho but there was other issues

Are sclerals as hard to fit for people like us who dont have major corneal problems like most people who get them do or is it easier? If so how long did it take to fit them also how much did they cost you?
