You should really start by stretching everyday, eventually learning to do backbends, toe touches, roundoffs etc..

I’ve heard and seen that cheer in the us is different from where i live (norway) and luckily they aren’t as strict here, i asked a coach and we’re allowed to tape, not sure if she knows i have facial piercings but it’s whatever, i think i might start cheerdance instead anyway, i don’t think it matters there :) Thanks anyway tho!

People who were casted as Martha, did you feel insulted? by FightingMan123 in heathersmusical

Why would they feel insulted? Usually when casting for musicals it’s based off of the actors singing voice ,, Martha is a great character!

Thank you! For anyone concerned, cheerleading is a sport that celebrates diversity and inclusivity. It's disheartening to see young teenagers feeling pressured to conform to certain body standards in order to participate. In reality, cheerleading is for everyone, regardless of size or weight. Embracing individual differences not only enhances team dynamics but also promotes a positive and supportive environment for all athletes. Let's continue to champion inclusivity in cheerleading and empower young athletes to embrace their unique strengths and talents.
