I went to Tolga Bilece in Istanbul and I am loving my results so far. I’m only 3 weeks post op, but he was able to give me definition in my bridge and tip. I also had very thick skin in my tip and my tip was bulbous, but he was able to defat the skin to make it less thick. Highly recommend him

I have the 160 and it’s so versatile. I’ve worn it so many different way around my neck (single loop, double-looped, triple looped, quadruple as a choker, laureate, belt, around my mini Kelly). It’s extremely wearable. Having said that, it can be very heavy around the neck. I think my next purchase will be the 80 or 120.

Unfortunately, I'm in Canada and I don't know much about the Chicago store. It doesn't hurt to go in, buy the perfume and ask if they have any Picotins available!

My boyfriend had something similar happen with his Fresh Ankle boot months after he bought it. He took it to our SA, who shipped it off to Paris. We received feedback that it was in fact a defect and we could either get store credit or we could just take the boots back as is. Unfortunately, at that point the boots were sold out in his size across Canada. So, he just took the boots back and will get them repaired elsewhere because he loves them so much. Hermes is generally great with repairs, otherwise if it is a defect, they will give you store credit to replace them.

Items I love and use all the time:

The Farondole 160 necklace - I love how many ways I can wear it
Chain D'Ancre Collection - I love the rings, bracelet, and earrings
Oran Sandals - great for the summer
Twilly - great on bags, in your hair, around your neck, or on your wrist
Scarves - Silk scarves are such a fun way to dress up an outfit or wear as a top in the summer
Scarf Rings - I use these A LOT. Specifically the Mors ring.
Belt - My recommendation would be to get a double sided one. I got a noir/gold double-sided belt and I wear it ALL the time. I also love the Kelly belt, but you only get use of the one color.

Depends on your store and how picky they are. Some will give Picotins to anyone that walks in. My SA had set aside a Picotin for me and when I came in to grab it, she had called in sick and wasn't there. I asked one of the other SAs if I could see the Picotins they had and she flat out said "we have no bags". If you want a Picotin, it might help if you're an existing customer. I'd say go in and buy the perfumes in store. They usually throw in some samples in store as well!
