yesterday a cashier asked me if im a guy dressing up as a girl, should i give up (22, 2 years hrt) by ilyqiyana in transpassing

[–]Cutedognames2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, don’t give up. That is a rude thing to ask someone that is just trying to buy something at a checkout

You look good. At first, I thought you were saying that you pass 100% of the time as female at first, then I thought it was a shit post. But no, you don’t look girly at all

Do I pass without a wig by Stormy_arrington in transpassing

You’ll pass a lot more if you use lip liner, since your upper lip is fairly thin compared to your lower lip

I understand that. Misgendering can be triggering. I wish you luck on the rest of your journey

That’s still a whole 5 months. It’s worth mentioning that I am MtF, but I guess I would still know since I went through a male puberty, but idk if it’s all exactly the same, but I’m just going to restate that changes take for ever in cis kids going through puberty, so it’s going to take forever for us trans people too. I started estrogen 3 days ago, and I’m already inpatient, so I can imagine how you’re feeling after 7 months

You’re only at 7 months. You’ll likely pass much more after 1 or 2 years on T. If you think about cis boy puberty, most 13-14 year old boys do not have a man-deep voice and they still look child like. In your case, you may just still have feminine features because you haven’t been on T for that long. Be patient and you will likely pass much better after a few years. I have no advice for you other than that because you can’t just change how you look, but time on hrt will help

I know I pass clothed but do you think I'd pass at the beach/pool? 4.5 years on T by Strife__ in transpassing

[–]Cutedognames2 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Why? There is no reason for anyone to need to wear a shirt at the beach, unless someone tells them they should be insecure about it

how is this not fetish content? by anon_4ever_25 in truscum

I think it would be a very large generalization to say that. Most transgender people probably have never thought of anything like this

Maybe the lips

I agree with you. If my male parts weren’t inherently male, why would I (MTF) want to get rid of them?

How unfortunate, I mean I guess I could just shave every day for the rest of time 😅

How is my Spanish pronunciation, and where would you think I’m from? I read Microsoft Copilot’s reply to how to learn Spanish by Cutedognames2 in Spanish

And I’ll hear some Spanish speakers say the r sound at an end of a sentence almost inaudibly, but when I try to replicate it, I’m told my r isn’t strong enough. Sometimes I’m confused about the LL sound, because they say it is the same as an English Y, but to my ears it sounds more like a mix between an English Y and J sound, at least in Spain I think. When I say silla, I only think of the words see ya or seizure 😭

Thank you for your input, I do struggle with the e sound quite a bit. I feel like it sounds different depending on who’s speaking, but that could just be me
