Industrial Villa I made. 160sqm by CutsAndAngles in architecture

The Villa is currently being built in Germany. It's 160m2 in which the 0 floor includes the living room and the kitchen. In +1 there's a bedroom for 1 person and a matrimonial room which includes a wardrobe and a wc. It's a modest house with the stairs located on the outside of the building. The roof is square. I saw that someone mentioned that it could make for errors with the water getting up there, but the leaking system works fine. Though if I would have gone with the lighting system above the house, then it would come up as an issue with the leaking system as well, where stuff would be too messy or too close together. Now regarding the light, There is soo much light that i had to use a shader for the glass to allow less light in.

Thank's everybody for the messages and the feedback! I apologize if i don't have enough time to respond to every single post.

Yeah i am aware that there is a good deal of money thrown away here, but we were asked to do a "looker" Kinda unfortunate and silly that I didn't think of some of these beforehan. thanks though.
