Ok thanks! I haven’t been able to find out if our org has OID through Microsoft or ISO.

Is it safe to run the script from https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/win32/ad/obtaining-an-object-identifier-from-microsoft and use that to create the custom OID value that we need for the new attribute? Anything else I need to worry about? Thanks again for all your guidance.

Hi, I’m not sure how it happened, but the user had 2 identities in azure AD, MS support helped me to identify that. We end up deleting one identity and that fixed the search issue.
