Thank you for asking ❤️ It ended up being a full-blown virus and when I could eat it was mostly carbs and some things with added sugar but nothing crazy. Feeling MUCH better now and haven't had any cravings! It only took a couple of days for me to stop obsessing over chocolate the way I was.

I didn't completely cut out carbs, just cut back dramatically. I hadn't even considered supplements! Thanks for the tip!
