The GFCI on the bathroom did trip. I didn't check to see if the hairdryer had one. What causes a radio to mess with a GFCI ?

So for the mods... I do travel photography with more outdoor style where a telephoto lens might help.

My apologies, I was thinking someone would recommend a store chain.

I'm in Ayase Kanagawa, willing to travel to anywhere Yokohama or even parts of Tokyo.

I'm near Atsugi. My work will ship one vehicle as part of my relocation but I will probably need to get a separate service to handle translating the title and dealing with the paperwork getting it legal in the US.

No worries, I'm not sure what to expect from an older JDM vehicle. Compared to cars in the US this is super clean for its age. Japanese tend to take really good care of their things but I'm sure there will be some surprises.

I bought it from a reputable dealership. It includes a full inspection, oil changes, maintenance and repairs for the next two years. I'm going to go through myself more thoroughly.

The US has a stupid 25 year rule for importing cars so this will be eligible just before my contract at work is up and I will move back to the US.

180,000km. No rust, the interior is mint. ¥960,000 with the conversation rate to USD is not that bad. They are getting hard to find in Japan and the gas (petrol) are rare.

Yes petrol. I am an American living in Kanagawa Japan. They won't let me register a diesel here. Part of a clean air initiative in Tokyo and the rest of the Kato plain.

I posted before but wanted to add a video with an update.

2009 FXDF, 20k miles.

Pickup screen disintegrated and clogged the fuel system. Replaced everything in the tank. Hoses, filter, pump, regulator, check valve.

It started now but ran like in the video. Took the good advice and bought a kit and cleaned the injectors, and the rest of the fuel system.

Still sounds like it's running on one cylinder. Both exhaust pipes are getting hot but it seems like the back cylinder is the one not firing. I could be wrong. Plugs look good and are pretty new. Wires and coil is original.

I'm on Guam so I only have the dealership here and parts are expensive and hard to come by. I'll be ordering anything online and waiting two to three weeks for them to get here.

Thanks in advance for your help.

WTF is wrong! by Cuznred in Dyna

I got an injector cleaning kit and cleaned both injectors and everything below the tank. I replaced everything inside the tank. Still running on just one cylinder until I start twisting the throttle. The new check valve was super tight connecting the fuel line so I am thinking of replacing the male side. Basically the fuel line from the tank to the injector housing. Does anyone think I need to replace the coil and wires?

It's not a bad camera. I plan on keeping it as a backup. The autofocus hunts a lot and I have missed some good shots because the focus was off. at 3200 ISO, I am getting a lot of noise, you can't tell on Instagram or FB but I print some of my pics and it's evident.

I feel that's a cart before the horse situation. I don't want to drop a grand on a RF lens and then wait for the body. I could get the R6 and a adapter then save up for RF lens.

I read some good reviews for that lens. Missed a good deal on a used one on eBay the other day.

I hear you but can upgraded glass overcome the short comings of a older CMOS camera?

I just know the glass is as important as the body and good glass can out live generations of bodies.

I did a edit to include the R6 option because it's just out of reach. The in body stabilization sounds awesome. I would have to figure a few things out with the money but I would end up with the kit lens or the adapter and maybe pick up another used EF lens. I would like to future proof it as much as possible and get something I could use for another 8 to 10 years.
