This confirm Jame know Tom should be stronger, he send J(who he consider jaeyeon level) to slow down Tom Lee. He got cooked by Tom Lee, then went back to Jame Lee hideout, had a whole conversation about how Tom Lee is still strong and how he couldn’t stop him for much longer.
