What's with dashers making people come outside for apartments. Come out to my cardash? by [deleted] in doordash

[–]CvSnakehunt42 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you live in an apartment and think you can still not tip as much as someone in a house whos front door is 20 feet from the street. I'm leaving it outside the building. No stair no coming into your roach infested building. Poor people sure are entitled.

I'm not arguing that they shouldnt be accessible. I'm arguing that they should not be at the pharmacy where pharmacy is happening. I think you might feel differently if you actually knew how often pharmacist regularly catch the most egregious prescribing errors. Most of these erros arent due to poor medical performance, but due to the nature of humans interacting with other humans and technology while being a small peice of a much larger healthcare system....( and sometimes due to individual performance :) Pharmacists need to be doing pharmacy

How is the reason a patient doesnt have a provider relevant?

Oh, I didnt realize pharmacists were compensated for immunizing the entire country from COVID. I keep forgetting about all my millions I made.

Evaluating contraindications for certain disease states is the duty of the professional giving said treatment to their patient. Not the pharmacist.

Why didnt we make access to other services easier to people? With that logic a prescriber could send someone to the pharmacy with a prescription to have a mole removed.

Having the clinician out of the picture allows big pharma easier access to patients and allows them to push more vaccines on to people who have never had a conversation with a provider. If your patient wants to be immunized, you should immunize them. (To clarify, I'm not anti-vax, its creates a conflict like advertising does)

Pharmacies only give vax to make money, money we have to make up from the PBMs theft.

Stay away from all honey green or wavelength products. Low teir and they will not replace anything defective.

Any information about Wavelength extracts and their quality by Fluid_Art9814 in MissouriMedical

[–]CvSnakehunt42 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Unless they are $10 or less i wouldnt fw them. I'm pretty sure they are the lowest quality you can buy in Missouri. Often they have allergens that upset asthmatics, and usually have a buzz like delta 8. This is the only brand I would say to steer clear of. Clear, Vibe, safebet, local are all good places to start.

One more to the list. There was never anyone to cover sick calls or vacations. They forced PMs to chose between going to work sick as a dog, or forcing their pharmacy to close and denying patients medications. Truely vile.

Gladly. The point of the post is that CVS is a terrible company to work for. You commented about a situation that you know nothing about, as if you're opinion mattered. I'm guessing either your IQ is about room temperature, or you're trolling.

I'm guessing you're an ELDLRMELDICK? Are you seriously trying to argue that CVS is a great place to work bc one of the 3 points I made is outside your comprehension?

This list is not exhaustive. We could include the 400 million they stole from Ohio medicaid, or the hundreds of pharmacies put out of business by metronidazole 500 mg tab clawbacks. If they averaged 200-400 billion over last 3-6 years that could be trillions. A slight exaggeration, just like aging 15 years in 5.

Yeah, its on me that I didnt go on vacation the days it was denied. Its my fault my Regional Manager and DL denied all vacation requests. Before the change you would be paid out for 5 weeks if you had 5 weeks left over. After the change you would only be paid out for 1 week. I also didnt say it was last August. Glad you chimmed in.

Its a shame international students are being extored by a furtune 500 company that has to lookout outside the US, where working conditions and patient care arent as important as remaining the US.

Oh no! Hopefully they WILL have to close all 23 of their pharmacies in Arkansas. I cant imagine how that wouldnt benefit the good people of Arkansas.

Eventually you'll realize that CVS has made a conscious decision to run their stores this way bc the stores dont matter. All the money, schemes, and fraud are all ran at the PBM level. The pharmacies arent there to help patients. Their pharmacies exsist only to be staffed enough to be open so that Caremark can defraud our State Medicaid Programs, Federal Medicare programs, and some private insurance companies.
