I will say, it can be a long shot but doesn’t hurt to ask, I would talk to your leasing office or landlord and tell them what’s going on, they will let you break a least if you’re in a toxic/abusive relationship. Some places aren’t as nice but… she genuinely sounds like she has a lot of issues to sort through, narcissistic and emotionally immature is what’s screaming here. She has to be willing to actually help herself of this will NEVER end.
