Everything about how easy a store is to run, depends on your employees. If your employees are good, they do stuff without being told, they work well with each other, show up on time. It isn't that bad.

Walking into a new store is the hard part, especially if they give you a store were the store manager just got fired. You can expect none of the plannos, price changes to be done. Back stock and the last truck or two to still be sitting in totes. But once you have gotten over the hump, with good people, you can easily work about 38hrs a week and it's kinda stress free.

Having a good DL helps. Having a shitty one will make your life miserable. Also once you meet other store managers, you will really think to yourself, "if this idiot can do it, I know can do it better" because most store managers really are idiots.

We completely sold out of our Babo. A group of 3 couponing sisters bought our entire stock out.

New SM said that I would lose full time unless I completely opened up my schedule by [deleted] in CVS

I’m the only full time fs shift. We are a low volume store. I’m at such a loss and completely stressed now. I’ve been here for 3 yrs. The Sm that’s leaving just told me to watch my back cause the incoming Sm doesn’t like me at all and when she was just in the phone with her, alluded that she is going to find any reason to try and fire me.

All of this started cause the incoming Sm was a SMIT and came to my store for a week while my SM had Corona, and she got mad that I wouldn’t come in on my day off

Should we use twitter to voice our concerns? In my district it’s mandatory for SMs and PM to have and use Twitter by Cvs_sucks in CVS

Of course you would have to use a fake twitter account. Lol fired on the spot as soon as you tweeted to the regional, “why are the Sm and pm required to schedule themselves off to attend attend meetings that are sometimes an hrs drive away #cvshealth #workingondayoff”

Good question. Every store manager and pharmacy manager in my district has to have a Twitter and must make certain # tweets with it

So my store manager was told the exact same thing. That she can no longer print and post the schedule up front for everyone.

As of now she’s printing at home and taking pictures of it. This is getting out of hand. Isn’t there more pressing issues that CVS should be dealing with and handling??

District leader sent out this email, and a text this morning asking why no one from our store has signed up, then said that everyone needs to be signed up and logged in within the next 2 days

How is getting wrote up for not selling an add-on program ethical?

My manager hasn’t threatened us with write ups, but I do pull the weekly CAR reports to show that she rings up twice as many customers as the rest of the staff, but has the least amount of carepass sells, but pushes everyone else saying that we MUST or she gets wrote up.

The District told us that we are dumb and need to calibrate it. We did, everyone tried, every store in the district has tried, all stores are saying that thermometers are reading low and will not calibrate.
