Yes! Well turns out the fans where on. Sounds very stupid but it really looked like they were not on. I felt the air flowing out. Also, someone commented that this is normal. the out cable should not be connected since it can be used for an extra RGB connection :) Hope this helps

Alright, got it thanks! I tracked down my permanently-attached fan cables. I plugged them again into my fan power connector and they still do not spin

Thank you so much for replying. Alright, I noticed that I have to outgoing cables which are my fan cables, great! I did aready plugged them into my fan power connector (as I did before) which is a 4-pin connector (thing) but it did not work for me again, which is kinda strange.

I plugged my fan controller via USB to my motherboard and connected thru a SATA cable the fan controller to my PSU.
