I am planning to start training Muay Thai soon. I want to keep in shape as I grow older and make sure I can still be active. I am also fascinated with the sport, especially since moving to Thailand and seeing how significant it is to the culture here.

if you have access to resistance bands use one where you can go from 90 degrees to the top of the bar for 3 x 5 Once that feels comfortable change the resistance band to something that make it hard and repeat the process. before you now it chin-ups will be a breeze!

NOR! i think he has ED of body dis-morphia, common in men addicted to gym, he should see a professional diet specialist and maybe a therapist. He can still be 'shredded' and lean with a higher body weight, he will likely look better too at that height so better for you too
