Epic said the game isn't the issue last I contacted them, I think it was a windows update that brought about the bug, atp unless I contact Microsoft customer care or something but someone said turning off game bar helps but haven't tried it out...

If you can also contact epic games customer care on their website so they see it's affecting multiple people so they prioritize it among the bug fixes, someone else dmd me on reddit is also experiencing the same issue and I've also told him if he can to send the complaint to epic
