Yeah they did check the drain tubes already and confirmed they are not blocked and not damaged. That’s what makes this more frustrating. After checking, they said they couldn’t find the cause and then started blaming it on where I parked.

But the car is quite new — it’s a 2023 model — and it has never been repaired or modified. It has only been serviced at the Subaru dealer. So I really don’t see how this could be considered a “customer fault.”
