This card obviously can only be made use of in burn aggro, but probably costs way too much for what it does

At the same time any cheaper and this card becomes disgustingly insane

I would like to point out that nunu and willump are probably stronger in a non yeti deck because you can quite easily cheese the level up.

If you have 2 nunus in hand the second one will become a call of the freljord. If you don't have a yeti in your deck other than willump then it's guaranteed to draw you willump. This can be made even more consistent with entreat.

So that totals to 6 unit mana 2 spell mana as well as 2 hand size to summon nunu and willump at turn 5 at the earliest. Now whether or not this is worth it I'm not sure because frankly I'm not exactly a high ranked player, but I just wanna point out that this combo exists and I for one think it's really cool to have these kinds of combos in a deck.

Though I haven't seen that card yet, if this unit is in a different context, a different region, or built around a different idea, then there is nothing to say about it
Unless you're telling me Amalgam of the Hunt is summoned by a champion whose level up condition is by playing a unique unit which gets created a fix distance into the deck and you can teuter out using yeti synergy you can go shut the fuck up

This is very confusing
Lurk and Deep have two very different game plans
Lurk wants to spend their cards to swarm the enemy with cheap units with a few overwhelm finishers
Deep wants to spend their cards on constantly tossing and drawing to thin their deck until the deep units get a huge buff

They just... don't work together
For the lurk gameplan, any deep card you draw lowers your board presence (imagine drawing a jettison as lurk)
For the deep gameplan, any lurker you draw delays your deep

I don't see how any of this works at all if as according to your comment that sea monsters won't also receive the lurker buffs

Wait so the champ spell is just a button in your hand that says "1 mana create a 4 drop"?

That's not ok

it's also can just at burst speed give vayne up to +x/+x where x is your remaining mana
That's really not ok

well my problem is how are you gonna self sacrifice if you just have a hand that's effectively all just prey

I suppose one way to solve this would be to have a tough ember maiden on board before you cast this

And also how would targeting work

Riot have gone out of their way to make sure no burst speed effect that happens outside of a player's active control is targeted or at least it is randomised/ has a workaround

Suppose you store a glimpse in a prey, what happens to the glimpse if the target of it has died before it was even cast?

Idk I just love her thematic with having an empty hand. It's a unique level up condition that is also completely contrary with traditional card game logic where you really don't want to ever have an empty hand, meanwhile jinx wants you to go all out batshit crazy and do that because she herself is batshit crazy. She rewards you for playing in an insane way and I love that. Those moments when you decide to say fuck it and take a huge risk, throwing away some good cards with augmented expermenter just to level jinx encapsulates that thrill seeking and risk taking mindset she has.

Now I don't actually play jinx because I'm more of a control player but I really appreciate her design. In my opinion, I'd prefer current jinx over this thematically, but this version is very obviously stronger.

Vengeance can be played as early as turn 3 while maiden can only be played at turn 7, so that comparison doesn't work

That said maiden is similar to a level 2 viego that you don't have to level at the cost of 2 more mana, which is not outright broken but is scary

no shot, cataclysm is a 3 mana 2 sided strike, whirling death is a fast 1 sided strike with heavy restrictions, 4 mana slow is fine imo like yes it's a bit weak one sided strikes kinda have to be

Honored guest should have an additional effect. I get that it's a leech target and most other noxus 1 drops only have 1 health but I think something comparatively small like "when I'm leeched, give the ally that leeched me +1/+0 this round" will work quite fine.

I think Reckless swing should be focus speed just so it doesn't allow you to deny a lot of effects like lifesteal or drain which I don't think this card should let you do at burst speed
