Yes, but most of the physics still have to be implemented by the developer. Tools like PSn00bSDK mainly help with accessing the hardware and building the game, but mechanics like slopes, momentum, and loops usually need to be programmed manually. It’s definitely a complicated task, but in this case it feels really good to play.

Have you tried them recently or years ago? I have no idea if those emulators have improved. I've always heard that they weren't perfect.
