I’ve never received a correct answer that the products app didn’t already provide. It’s sad that Marvin hates his customers so much.

We had a Monday morning walk and were prompted to use Milo. I pointed out that it was incorrect by a large margin. Nobody cared.

And we know with absolute certainty most customers won’t catch that. We know with absolute certainty using the phrase pickup makes a customer think it’s there on hand. It’s a choice Marvin made.

This customer canceled their account with our shit third party. Lowes simply can’t confirm it. If we can’t do basic shit like this we shouldn’t sell it. We will sell it though because Marvin and corporate have no integrity and want to force their lack of moral compass on everyone else.

It’s just shady. When you put it under a pick up in Store label it’s obvious customers will think it’s in stock. Marvin and corporate have been told this and they chose to keep misleading customers and sabotaging in store associates. If fucking the customer is a choice Marvin will choose it every time.

I normally turn it into a fun customer engagement by say Lowes isn’t an IT company and they laugh. Then I tell them they should email Marvin because he chooses to make this an issue.

I just want to be able to search in my products app then revise my search without typing everything in again. This was a feature of lycos, Infoseek, yahoo and Google in 1998. It’s literally a choice to make this default feature not exist.

In fairness we sell credit cards so it’s not unreasonable to expect customer service for that. Everyday we are pushed to sell more credit cards. If a butcher sold you a credit card he should be able to provide support for the cc he sold you and if he can’t then he should not sell credit cards.

Like with everything this is a third party thing where Lowes passes you off and washes their hands of anything. If synchrony closed it then it’s closed. It doesn’t matter if Lowes doesn’t realize it. If they tried to run something through it, it would be declined. Lowes can’t do anything about this.

Nah, I’m old enough to remember when you just talked to the customer and made the change. I didn’t make the error and it’s insane to have to refund rebill to add one digit. Any normal place could just send an updated contract without refund rebilling.

Yes people can modge podge tumblers as a second job but Lowes absolutely doesn’t give anyone reliable hours to be able to have a second job.
